Since Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 8:30 PM users were not able to log in their mail accounts. The issue occurred because the email server was full. The email services were restored on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at noon.

The building where VCN’s servers are located will have an emergency scheduled power outage starting on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 8pm to until Friday, June 9, 2017. We are unsure when power will be restored.

VCN will start powering down servers between 4pm and 6pm to prepare for the power outage.

All VCN services will be down during the power outage. Emails will be queued up on our email backup servers and will be delivered when service is restored on Friday, June 9, 2017.

When power is restored on Friday, June 9, 2017 in the morning, VCN will start to restore services. If you have any questions the VCN help desk will be operational at 778-724-0826 Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
