This is your notice for VCN’s Annual General Meeting. Please join us!

When: at 5:30 pm (registration at 5:00) on Tuesday, February 26, 2019
Where: the 5th floor, 111 West Hastings Street (Woodward’s Building) Vancouver BC V6B 1H4

Pizza and light refreshments will be provided.

Everyone is welcome to the meeting. As a reminder – only VCN members are permitted to vote.

If you have not already renewed your membership, please be ready to do so at the event.
The membership cost is $15.00 per year.
As always, if you pay $25 or more, we are able to issue a Charitable Tax receipt.

An informal discussion after the business of the AGM is open for member’s information, feedback and direction.

To make the most of the time we have, please reply to this email to RSVP and respond with any VCN relevant discussion questions you have. While the board and staff will make it a priority to answer every question, we will only have time to fully discuss the top few questions sent or submitted at registration.

The VCN help desk will be closed Monday, December 24, 2018 to Tuesday, January 1, 2019. The VCN help desk will open on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 10am.

If you would like to receive a tax receipt for 2018 please mail or donate online soon. Mail postmarked in 2018 will be given a 2018 tax receipt. For donation information please visit https://www2.vcn.bc.ca/donate

Starting on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 6pm, there is a scheduled power maintenance for the building where VCN’s servers are located. All VCN services will be down. Services will be restored on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at noon.

Emails will be stored on our backup server and will be sent to your email account when service is restored.

VCN will be closed on Monday, December 25, 2017 to Monday, January 1st, 2018. VCN will re-open on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 10am.

VCN will be closed on Monday November 13th, 2017. VCN will open on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 10am.

Since Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 8:30 PM users were not able to log in their mail accounts. The issue occurred because the email server was full. The email services were restored on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at noon.
