What are the requirements to reset a password?
ANSWER
- For Individuals:

- A picture ID for walk-in clients, and
- Their birthday and mother’s maiden name
- Note:

- Password resets take into effect after 6PM.
- For Groups:

- A signed letter on the group’s letterhead from the authorized person of the organization. The letter must state the following:
- The full name of the group and their login id
- They are the authorized group contact for their VCN account
- They are writing to request a password reset
- A phone number where they can be reached to establish their identity
- and their preferred password
- Note:

- The letter can be sent by Fax to us at 1-855-299-0647.
- The sys-administrator will call the client when tne letter is received.
- It can take 3 to 5 business days for the password to come into effect.
- Password resets take into effect after 6PM.
