On Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 6:30am email login service went down. Email login service was restored on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 9am.
People would have been able to access the webmail site, webmail.vcn.bc.ca, but not be able to login. Email programs such as Outlook and Thunderbird would also not be able to login. Login and email service would have been restored after 9am.
