Starting on Saturday, January 8th, 2022 at 7:30pm, there was an unscheduled power outage and some VCN servers went offline.
VCN client emails and some web sites were down.
Some web sites and dial-up were not affected.
All help desk systems including email were still working.
On Sunday, January 9th, 2022 around 9am, powered was restored and the servers were brought online. Most services were restored except Squirrelmail/webmail.
Squirrelmail/webmail had an issue that was temporarily fixed on Monday, January 10th, 2022 at 10am. In order, to get webmail working, email blocking was disabled.
