Text dial-up

Previously, text dial-up users could not use VCN's main dial-up numbers. This issue has been fixed and text dial-up users can now use any VCN dial-up numbers.

However, we have found that some text users do not have text accounts. If your text account does not work please contact the VCN Help Desk at 778-724-0826 or email help@vcn.bc.ca. Provide your VCN user name and ask that your account be switched to a text account. Account changes will occur on the same day after 6pm. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
