Resolved – Dial-up issue Mar 1st

On Friday, March 1, 2013 around 5am a network switch partially failed. Only dial-up service was affected.

On Friday, March 1, 2013 at 4pm a new network switch was installed and full service was restored at that time.

The replacement of the network switch would have affected other VCN services for a few minutes.
