POP3 email retrieval issue resolved

On Monday, November 11, 2013 at 9am there was an attack on VCN's POP3/email retrieval system. This prevented people from connecting to the service. POP3 retrieval was restored on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 1pm.

The email server was operational and no emails were lost. Secure POP3 and IMAP email retrieval were also operational. VCN recommends switching to secure POP3 for additional security.
