Rogers is offering low-cost high-speed Internet to low income seniors who receive the Guaranteed Income Supplement.
You can apply online on their website or by physical mail.
If applying by mail, Be sure to include the PDF printed copy of the application form along with all necessary documentation.
If a third party is applying on your behalf, include this Letter of Authorization with your application.
You will need to provide the following information below:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- A copy of your most recent T4A(OAS) statement
- Do not include your SIN or OAS number in the application online or by mail
- Write and show your name and address clearly
- Show the box 21 amount (“Net Supplements Paid”). your total amount received.
- Show the tax year
