To submit a copyright notice, please include the following information:
- Your full name and address
- Define the copyright material that is alleged to have been infringed
- Define your interest or right to the copyright material
- Site, page, or location of the copyright material
- Infringement that is alleged
- Date and time of the alleged infringement
