Public Access Internet & Computer Sites
Public Access Internet and Computer Sites are funded by Industry Canada's Community Access Program (CAP) and administered by Vancouver Community Network.
The CAP sites are equipped with computer terminals, high-speed Internet, printers and/or scanners. Most services are free or low-cost.
Please note although most CAP sites are open to the public, some CAP sites only specialize in serving users who are facing economic, social, educational, or geographic barriers.
