Resolved: Power issue with main server

Update: On Thursday, February 13, 2014 around 5pm, an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) failed. This caused VCN’s email and web site service to lose power and go down. A secondary UPS was used to bring the services online on Thursday, February 13, 2014 around 6pm. All VCN services should be back to normal. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

VCN’s main server is currently down. This will affect email and web site service. Dial-up will not be affected. The problem is being resolved.
