Click the Start button, and click on Connect To.
The Connect to a network window will appear.
Click on the Set up a connection or network link to continue. It is on the bottom left corner of the window.
On the next page click on Set up a dial-up connection and click Next.
For the Dial-up phone number, type in the 10-digit phone number for your type of user.
Now enter your VCN username and password.
If you want the computer to remember your password check Remember this password.
For the Connection name type in VCN.
Make sure that Allow other people to use this connection is not checked.
Click on the Connect button. Your computer will attempt to connect to VCN.

If the connection is successful you will see the You are connected to the Internet window. Click on Close.
If you see The Internet connectivity test was unsuccessful make sure the previous settings are correct. If you need assistance click on Diagnose the problem and call the help desk.

If you see the Select a location for the ‘VCN’ network window. Click on Public location and then click on Close.
To use your Internet connection next time, click on the Start button, click on Connect To, and then click on Connect to a network.
Select the VCN dial-up connection and click on Connect.
