To view or change your VCN account information please send a request to VCN’s privacy officer by using the following methods:

VCN will need to verify that you are the account’s owner.
Individuals can provide their birthday and keyword. If you do not reminder your birthday or keyword then photo id can be shown to VCN volunteers at 280 – 111 West Hastings St. Vancouver, BC. The volunteer would verify your identity and send your request to [email protected].
For organizations, the authorized person of the organization must send us a signed letter on the group’s letterhead stating:
- The full name of the group and their VCN login id
- They are the authorized group contact for their VCN account
- Their request
- A phone number where they can be reached to establish their identity
