Managing an Account

How to open an Account

Before opening an account, please take the time to review the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

There are two steps to fully activate a VCN Account.

  1. Complete the online application form. This step is only to create the dial up, email and web space.
  2. Verify your account by showing ID in person or mailing a cheque. Verifying the account enables the dial up and sending email.

**Please note: using VCN services other than Dial up Internet, Email or Web spaces may require you to create separate accounts. Phone our Technical Help Desk for details on other services. 778-724-0826

To start your registration go to our Sign Up page.

Read the For Everyone section and the Groups Only section to see the differences in the services we provide to Individual users and Groups.

Choose whether you want to Sign Up for an Individual account or a Group account.

Fill out the necessary contact information and choose a login name and password.

**Note the login name must be between 3 and 8 characters, must start with a letter, and must be lowercase.

**Also the password must be between 6 and 8 characters and must have at least 1 number.

How to Cancel Your Account

To cancel or delete a VCN account, please complete the following form or send an email using their VCN email account to help@vcn.bc.ca requesting a cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the cancellation of your account.
