Why:
To help raise much-needed funds for lung health research, education and
advocacy.
Summary:
It’s no walk in the park – it’s 48 sky-scraping storeys
up one of the city’s tallest staircases! You can ascend at your own pace, or
race to set a record – your choice. Each year hundreds of participants join
local firefighters (in full fire-fighting gear)
to put their legs and lungs to the test. So kick your new year’s fitness
resolutions into high gear and come out for the 11th annual BC Lung
Association Stairclimb for Clean Air! All proceeds support vital lung health
research, education and advocacy.
