How to Get Domain Emails
VCN POP3 Email Account Request - Letter of Agreement
Agencies that have a Domain Name hosted on the Vancouver CommunityNet Server are also entitled to 10 POP3 email accounts for their organizational use. These accounts are set up by: 
1.Setting up an individual account for each POP3 account. This is done by registering as a person on our registration page http://www2.vcn.bc.ca/sign_up. The person registering must register this account as their personal account. They must fill out the registration document in full, print it out and sign it, acknowledging that they have read and understood the User Agreement and accept its terms of use of the Vancouver CommunityNet system.
2.The individual then passes on a request to attach this account to the domain name to the organization holding the domain name. An authorized person of that organization then faxes or mails the following form.
3.In the event that the organization wishes to remove the individual from its POP3 email accounts an authorized person must write to Vancouver Community Network by fax or mail requesting that the individual email account be removed their domain name. This request must include:

Full email address
The individuals login name
A date for removal
An signature of an authorized person.

The request must be on letterhead and have a complete address, telephone and fax numbers.
